BOOKING RELEASES 

A credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure all reservations. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation will not incur a charge.Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of $155 per person for lunch or $265 per person for dinner. If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing your reservation, this may be due to an incorrect email address being entered. Please contact us promptly so we can verify your booking and update your email address.MATSU cannot be held responsible for missed reservations resulting from incorrect contact information provided at the time of booking.We kindly ask guests to understand that, with only twelve seats available, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our restaurant.

Due to the nature of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets, or guests with allergies or intolerances to dairy, gluten, soy, or shellfish.While we endeavour to accommodate other dietary requirements with advance notice, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to potential trace allergens from our suppliers and the risk of cross-contact in our kitchen.Please email us before making a reservation to discuss any dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee adjustments on the day.

Please be mindful of dining time as it affects other diners. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes. Beyond this period, the reservation will be deemed a cancellation, and the full applicable cancellation fee will be charged per person.Guests arriving within the 30-minute grace period may miss courses already served.We will commence the course after a maximum of 10 mins delay.
